Welcome to DodaTech.

DodaTech is owned and operated by WholeSale2c (“DodaTech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • dodatech.com;
  • store.dodatech.com;
  • associated DodaTech subdomains and websites;
  • DodaTech software applications;
  • browser extensions;
  • digital products;
  • software licenses and activation keys; and
  • related customer-support services.

By accessing our websites, purchasing a product, downloading software, installing software, activating a license, or otherwise using a DodaTech service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the applicable DodaTech website, service, or software.

1. About DodaTech

DodaTech develops and distributes software, utilities, browser extensions, digital products, and related services.

Our products may include:

Desktop and System Software

  • DodaZIP
  • Doda Media Player
  • DodaEmail Client
  • Doda Antivirus + Total Security
  • Doda Shredder
  • Doda Browser
  • Doda Toolkit
  • other DodaTech applications and utilities

Browser Extensions

  • DurgaShield
  • DodaInbox
  • Notes for Gmail
  • other DodaTech browser extensions

Digital Products

  • software licenses;
  • activation keys;
  • downloadable applications;
  • documentation;
  • digital assets; and
  • related digital products.

Product availability, features, pricing, and system requirements may change over time.

2. Eligibility and Use

You may use DodaTech websites and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information when purchasing products;
  • maintaining the security of your license keys and account information;
  • ensuring that your device meets published system requirements;
  • maintaining appropriate backups of important data; and
  • using DodaTech software in accordance with its documentation.

You must not use DodaTech products to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

3. Digital Purchases and Electronic Delivery

Products sold through store.dodatech.com are digital products delivered electronically.

All software products, digital licenses, and download links are delivered electronically to the customer’s email address immediately upon successful payment confirmation. No physical shipping is required.

Unless a specific product listing states otherwise:

  • no physical shipment is required;
  • download links, license keys, activation information, or other delivery information are sent electronically; and
  • delivery occurs after payment authorization or successful transaction confirmation.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address when placing an order.

If you do not receive your digital delivery within a reasonable period after a successful purchase, first check your spam or junk folder and then contact: support@dodatech.com with your order number.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payments

  • Prices displayed on the DodaTech store are shown in the applicable currency and may be subject to statutory taxes, duties, or other charges where required by law. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
  • DodaTech does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers, CVV/security codes, UPI PINs, or online-banking passwords on its own systems.
  • Payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings, license tiers, or promotional discounts. A price change does not alter the price of a completed transaction.

5. Software License

DodaTech software is generally licensed, not sold.

Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, subject to your payment of the applicable fee and compliance with these Terms, DodaTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the applicable software for the purposes and number of devices or users permitted by the purchased license.

Different products may offer different licensing models:

  • single-device licenses;
  • multi-device licenses;
  • personal licenses;
  • commercial licenses;
  • organizational licenses; or
  • subscription licenses.

The license tier applicable to your purchase will be determined by the product description, checkout selection, license documentation, or product-specific terms.

6. License Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by DodaTech in writing, you must not:

  1. Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute a DodaTech license.
  2. Share commercial license keys or activation codes with unauthorized users.
  3. Publish or distribute commercial license keys on public websites, forums, torrent networks, repositories, or other unauthorized locations.
  4. Circumvent or disable license activation or verification mechanisms.
  5. Attempt to defeat technical protection measures.
  6. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary portions of the software except to the extent such activity cannot lawfully be restricted.
  7. Modify or create derivative works from proprietary portions of DodaTech software except where permitted by applicable law or the applicable license.
  8. Use the software to develop or distribute malicious software.
  9. Use the software in violation of applicable law.
  10. Remove proprietary copyright, trademark, attribution, or licensing notices.

7. Open-Source and Third-Party Components

DodaTech products may include or interact with third-party software, libraries, frameworks, fonts, codecs, drivers, or open-source components.

Such components may be governed by separate licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache, GPL, LGPL, BSD, MPL). Where a third-party or open-source license grants rights that differ from these Terms, that license will govern the applicable component to the extent required by that license.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights granted to you under an applicable open-source license.

8. Software Updates

DodaTech may release security updates, bug fixes, compatibility updates, maintenance releases, and feature improvements.

Some updates may be necessary for security, compatibility, licensing, or continued operation of a product. Unless a product specifically states otherwise, DodaTech does not guarantee that every historical version will remain supported indefinitely.

9. Product-Specific Terms

Different DodaTech products have specific characteristics and operating environments:

9.1 Doda Antivirus + Total Security

Security software is designed to reduce security risks but cannot guarantee protection against every threat. No antivirus or security product can guarantee detection or prevention of every malware sample, zero-day threat, ransomware, or user-introduced hazard. You remain responsible for maintaining offline backups, keeping your operating system updated, and following reasonable security practices.

9.2 Doda Shredder

Doda Shredder permanently deletes or sanitizes selected files, folders, partitions, or drives. Permanent deletion is irreversible. Before performing a sanitization or shredding operation, you are solely responsible for verifying the selected targets. DodaTech cannot recover shredded data and is not responsible for accidental deletion resulting from user error.

9.3 DodaEmail Client

DodaEmail Client connects to email services configured by the user (via IMAP, SMTP, POP3). DodaTech does not host your mail servers or monitor your messages. Email delivery, server availability, mailbox storage limits, and provider-side data retention are controlled by your selected email provider.

9.4 DodaZIP and File Utilities

File-compression and archive utilities operate locally. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files and verifying archive integrity.

9.5 Doda Browser and Browser Extensions

Browser and browser-extension functionality may depend on operating system versions, browser host permissions, and external website layouts. Third-party websites may alter their structure without notice, which may affect extension functionality.

10. Customer Support

Support is provided through available DodaTech channels:

Support generally concerns the DodaTech product itself and does not include hardware repair, general operating system troubleshooting, recovery of user-deleted files, or third-party IT consulting.

11. Intellectual Property

DodaTech and its licensors retain all applicable intellectual-property rights in proprietary portions of the software, source code, compiled binaries, algorithms, interfaces, designs, graphics, documentation, logos, and website content.

These Terms grant a revocable license to use applicable software; they do not transfer ownership of DodaTech intellectual property to you.

12. Trademarks

“DodaTech”, “DodaZIP”, “Doda Media Player”, “DodaEmail”, “Doda Antivirus”, “Doda Shredder”, “Doda Browser”, “Doda Toolkit”, “DurgaShield”, “DodaInbox”, and associated logos are proprietary identifiers of WholeSale2c / DodaTech or their respective owners. You may not use DodaTech trademarks in a manner that falsely implies endorsement or affiliation without express authorization.

13. Prohibited Activities

You must not use DodaTech websites or services to:

  • gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • interfere with or launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against DodaTech infrastructure;
  • distribute malware or malicious code;
  • circumvent licensing mechanisms or distribute unauthorized license keys;
  • commit fraudulent transactions;
  • scrape website resources through abusive automated systems; or
  • conduct any unlawful activity.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS”)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DodaTech software and online services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory warranty, guarantee, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DodaTech and WholeSale2c will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or cost of substitute services) arising from the use of or inability to use our software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DodaTech’s total aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase or product will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or license giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WholeSale2c, DodaTech, and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the products, or infringement of third-party rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using a DodaTech product at any time.

DodaTech may suspend or terminate access to a license or service in the event of:

  • material breach of these Terms;
  • license circumvention or cracking;
  • unauthorized software redistribution;
  • payment fraud or chargeback abuse; or
  • unlawful use.

Upon termination of a software license, you must cease using the licensed software and remove all copies from your systems.

18. Consumer Rights & Statutory Framework

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive mandatory rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

DodaTech complies with applicable consumer protection requirements governing its products and digital transactions. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules provide the regulatory framework for e-commerce transactions in India. Where any mandatory legal right conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and all digital transactions are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
  • Subject to mandatory consumer rights to approach appropriate consumer dispute redressal commissions, disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sonipat, Haryana, India.

20. Severability and Entire Agreement

  • If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and applicable open-source notices, constitute the complete agreement between you and DodaTech.
