DodaTech offers software, digital templates, images, eBooks, PDFs, and other digital products (“Products”). All Products are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated.

All Products are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or business purposes. You may not:

  • Share access credentials or download links

Source code of open-source products (e.g., DurgaShield) is governed by its respective license (MIT).

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our website or Products for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Distributing malware or harmful code
  • Violating others’ intellectual property rights

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sonipat, Haryana.
