A browser that
thinks, remembers,
and verifies.
Beautiful by default. Yours by design.
Doda is a next-generation browser built for a world of AI, misinformation, and data control. It doesn't just load web pages — it helps you understand, trust, and own your digital life.
The 3 Pillars of Doda
Most browsers are passive. Doda is active. It remembers what you read, helps you think with AI (privately), and verifies what you see.
Memory — Your Second Brain
Your browser becomes a knowledge system.
- Automatically captures pages you visit
- Full-text + semantic search across everything
- Timeline view of your thinking
- Entity extraction and connections between ideas
"Search your browsing history like Google — but private."
Intelligence — AI That Works With You
Built-in AI, running locally. No cloud. No tracking.
- Summarize any page instantly
- Ask questions about what you're reading
- Compare across multiple tabs
- Debate mode: see multiple perspectives
"No cloud. No tracking. Just intelligence."
Trust — Know What to Believe
A "nutrition label" for the internet.
- Detect AI-generated content instantly
- Break pages into factual claims
- Compare sources across the web
- Track how information spreads
"Don't just read the web. Verify it."
Log in without passwords.
Without Big Tech.
Doda has a built-in identity wallet that lets you log into websites using cryptographic keys instead of passwords. No Google, no Apple, no Facebook login required.
Ed25519 keys managed by the browser itself
Sign into supported sites instantly
Grant/revoke data access per website
You own your identity — not platforms
No Big Tech OAuth gatekeepers. Your identity stays yours.
Turn your browser into a tool,
not just a viewer.
Doda includes a built-in macro recorder and scripting REPL. Record actions, replay workflows, and automate anything you do on the web.
Record clicks, forms, and navigation
Replay workflows with configurable delays
Run JavaScript directly in any page
Ctrl+Shift+, — everything at your fingertips
If you can do it once, Doda can do it forever.
No compromises. No hidden tracking.
Your data never leaves your machine. Period.
Zero Telemetry
All Mozilla telemetry, data reporting, and health uploads disabled at build level.
Tracker-Free
Built-in tracking protection, fingerprinting resistance, and social tracking blocked by default.
No Data Collection
All data stored locally. No calls to Mozilla, Google, or any third-party servers.
DuckDuckGo Default
Privacy-first search engine out of the box. No Google tracking from search queries.
The web is changing.
Browsers haven't evolved in a decade.
AI-generated content is everywhere — but no browser helps you distinguish real from fake.
Trust on the web is collapsing — misinformation spreads faster than ever.
Your identity is controlled by platforms — Google, Apple, Facebook own your login.
Your browsing data is mined, sold, and used against you.
Doda is built for what comes next.

A personal system for navigating the modern web.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Doda based on Firefox?
Yes. Doda is a customized, privacy-hardened build of Firefox. We start with Firefox and strip out all tracking, telemetry, and data collection — adding maximum privacy protections on top.
Can I use Firefox extensions?
Yes. All Firefox WebExtensions work without modification. Just install them from addons.mozilla.org as you normally would.
Does Doda collect any data?
No. Telemetry, studies, experiments, crash reporting — all disabled. Doda makes no network connections to Mozilla, Google, or any third-party servers.
How do I update Doda?
Updates are currently manual. Download new builds from the GitHub releases page as they become available. Automatic updates are planned for future releases.
Is Doda free?
Yes. Doda is fully open source and free. No paid tiers, no subscriptions, no data selling.
What search engine does Doda use?
DuckDuckGo by default — a privacy-first search engine that doesn't track your searches. You can change it to any search engine in Settings.
