Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Software Products (e.g., DodaZIP)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on software purchases. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund, contact us with your order number and reason. We will process the refund within 5–7 business days through our payment gateway.

After 30 days, all software sales are final.

2. Digital Downloads (eBooks, PDFs, Templates, Images, and Other Digital Products)

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products (instant access and inability to “return”), we cannot offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable (we will provide a replacement)
  • You were charged twice due to a payment error
  • The wrong product was delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience any of the above issues.

3. Subscription Services (if applicable)

For subscription-based products:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
  • Yearly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. A prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion at our discretion.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued through our payment gateway and will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank instead of contacting us first, your account may be permanently suspended. Please reach out to us directly — we are happy to resolve any issues.
